1. Assist the VP of Marketing Europe in daily operations.
2. Manage and optimize a complex and dynamic calendar, ensuring confidentiality and priority assessment.
3. Organize domestic and international travel logistics.
4. Handle and track expense reports.
5. Support the VP in project management as a coordinator and facilitator.
6. Coordinate and follow up on all director activities to enhance efficiency and confidentiality.
7. Organize internal committees and meetings, including agenda planning and logistical arrangements.
8. Act as an interface for information dissemination and directives to teams.
9. Create recurring PowerPoint presentations for the Marketing Director.
10. Closely manage the marketing team's T&E and operational budgets.
11. Develop and organize internal marketing events from inception to execution.
12. Coordinate logistics for major marketing events such as seminars, team buildings, and brand summits.
13. Manage general logistics for the marketing department, including supply orders and general services coordination.

1. Degree in Executive Assistance or related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Strong organizational and confidentiality skills.
2. Ability to anticipate needs and prioritize effectively.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

A minimum of 10 years in a similar executive assistant role is required.

Degree in Executive Assistance or related field.
