Sephora Executive Assistant

- Manage and organize complex and demanding Microsoft Outlook calendars, coordinating with senior-level meeting participants to ensure alignment.
- Handle finance and procurement systems, including purchase order creation, invoice processing, and vendor management.
- Process and review expense reports, ensuring compliance with travel and expense policies.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including catering arrangements and securing conference spaces.
- Partner with Human Resources on employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless execution of travel logistics.
- Organize data and create presentations as needed.
- Assist with onboarding new team members, ensuring they have necessary resources and supplies.
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to provide support or backup as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all communications.
- 3-5+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with software such as Ironclad, Coupa, Zip, and Concur preferred.
- Strong calendar management skills.
- Experience in booking international and domestic travel.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Collaborative work style and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Customer service focus with a proactive approach to support.
3-5+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience in a fast-paced environment.
The annual base salary range for this position is $69,615.00 - $77,805.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
