1. Lead the planning and execution of brand awareness events, including new store openings, brand launch activations, influencer and press events, sponsorship events, and beauty trade shows.
2. Manage full event logistics, including venue scouting, timelines, vendor sourcing, production, and on-site supervision.
3. Oversee event advertising and promotion to raise brand awareness and develop content for event materials, including digital and print media.
4. Develop and monitor event budgets efficiently, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
5. Provide high-level customer service and a positive experience for all event stakeholders, responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
6. Attend and supervise events in person to ensure elements are executed according to plan, timelines, and brand standards.
7. Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate KPIs and ensure event objectives were delivered.
8. Build and maintain relationships with agencies, sponsors, and partners to co-create impactful event experiences.
9. Research industry trends, competitor activity, and new event formats to keep initiatives innovative, relevant, and aligned with brand goals.
