Sephora Events Coordinator

- Lead the planning and execution of brand awareness events, including new store openings, brand launch activations, influencer and press events, sponsorship events, and beauty trade shows.
- Manage full event logistics, including venue scouting, timelines, vendor sourcing, production, and on-site supervision.
- Oversee event advertising and promotion to raise brand awareness and develop content for event materials, including digital and print media.
- Develop and monitor event budgets efficiently, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
- Provide high-level customer service and a positive experience for all event stakeholders, responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend and supervise events in person to ensure elements are executed according to plan, timelines, and brand standards.
- Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate KPIs and ensure event objectives were delivered.
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies, sponsors, and partners to co-create impactful event experiences.
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, and new event formats to keep initiatives innovative, relevant, and aligned with brand goals.
- Expertise in event planning and coordination
