Sephora E‑commerce Product Coordinator

- Lead the evolution of the e‑commerce product experience by connecting strategy, technology, data and UX to improve conversion and navigation efficiency.
- Identify and prioritise opportunities across the digital customer journey using behavioural data, funnel analysis and stakeholder input.
- Own and evolve the product backlog and roadmap, transforming business needs and analytics into clearly scoped initiatives for development teams.
- Work closely with Technology and UX/UI teams; participate in agile rituals (planning, refinement, review, retrospective) to ensure delivery rhythm and quality.
- Design, structure and monitor CRO and experimentation programs, including A/B tests and behavioural analyses to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Economics or a related field; postgraduate study in Digital Product is a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Proven experience in digital product management for e‑commerce environments.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and working alongside UX/UI and development teams.

Minimum 5 years of experience managing digital product within e‑commerce, with demonstrated ownership of roadmap, backlog prioritisation and CRO/experimentation initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Economics or related field. Specialisation in Digital Product or Product Management is advantageous.
