Sephora E-Store Optimization Expert

- Define, deploy, and evolve the e-store optimization strategy at a European level.
- Serve as the reference for e-store optimization levers such as searchandising, ratings and reviews, and recommendation and ranking.
- Contribute to the commercial animation plan and manage key commercial moments.
- Lead and contribute to high-value cross-functional projects, including A/B tests and new feature development.
- Act as the main point of contact for the EME region on e-store merchandising topics.
- Provide operational support through JIRA ticket management and resolution.
- Analyze performance via KPIs and dashboards, ensuring daily monitoring and structured monthly reporting.
- Proven experience of at least 4 to 7 years in a similar role, ideally in international e-commerce or e-store merchandising.
- Fluency in French and English; a third language is advantageous.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Autonomous, proactive, and well-organized with a strong ability to prioritize and structure action plans.
- Proficiency in Excel, CMS, and e-store merchandising solutions; knowledge of SFCC (Demandware) and Bazaarvoice is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within international e-commerce or e-store merchandising.
