Sephora E-Commerce Product Director

- Define the digital vision for e-commerce products, including positioning and benchmarking best practices, to ensure a high-quality user experience and drive business growth.
- Identify new user needs while considering the requirements of central business teams and local markets.
- Establish target KPIs in collaboration with business teams and monitor their achievement.
- Oversee the roadmap across e-commerce feature teams and ensure consistent communication with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other product and design teams to ensure a coherent and seamless user experience.
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, responsible for backlog management and prioritization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Merchandising, Branding, IT, Data, Finance, and Legal in an international context.
- Strong experience as a Product Management leader in B2C environments, ideally with a background in retail.
- Proficiency in iterative methods, incorporating feedback to adapt strategy through value-driven prioritization, A/B testing, and user research.
- Data-driven, user-centric mindset focused on performance and tangible results.
- Strong understanding of tech topics and curiosity for technical challenges.
- Natural leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Autonomy, structured thinking, and rigorous execution.
- Fluency in English.
Minimum 10 years of experience in product management leadership roles, particularly in B2C and retail environments.
