1. Lead the Iberia e-commerce operations, developing strategies to drive performance and growth across digital platforms.
2. Mentor and develop the Iberia e-commerce team, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
3. Design and manage the local commercial and animation calendar to enhance e-commerce performance.
4. Coordinate website and app content, ensuring optimal user experience and flawless execution of campaigns.
5. Analyze sales data to provide insights and propose strategic initiatives for business growth.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an integrated omnichannel strategy.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
2. 8–10 years of experience in E-commerce or Digital Business Management, with at least 3 years leading a multi-channel B2C team.

1. Strong expertise in SFCC, Data Studio, ContentSquare, Google Analytics.
2. Deep understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, SEO, CRO, and UX/UI optimization.
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
4. Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

Minimum of 10 years in E-commerce or Digital Business Management, including leadership of a multi-channel B2C team.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
