Sephora E-commerce Coordinator

- Lead a team of e-commerce analysts or assistants, fostering skill development and performance enhancement.
- Coordinate the commercial calendar and promotional campaigns for the e-commerce platform.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as revenue, conversion rate, traffic, average ticket size, and margin.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of information on the website, including product pages, banners, and categories.
- Supervise order flow and maintain relationships with logistics and customer service departments.
- Implement growth strategies focused on acquisition, retention, and conversion rate improvement.
- Analyze competition and digital market trends to propose enhancements.
- Structure and optimize internal processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with marketing for paid media strategies, CRM, SEO, and branding campaigns.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the digital journey.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or digital channels.
- Familiarity with performance indicators, analytics tools, and e-commerce platforms.
- Desirable experience in people management.
- Knowledge of e-commerce management tools such as VTEX, Shopify, Magento, etc.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and conversion funnels.
- Analytical mindset with commercial vision and results orientation.
