Sephora District Asset Protection Manager

- Implement programs to protect company assets and ensure safety in assigned locations.
- Hire, train, and manage Store Asset Protection Associates.
- Develop and implement Asset Protection strategies to reduce shrinkage, focusing on high-risk stores.
- Analyze Asset Protection activities and shrink performance to identify improvement areas.
- Partner with store and regional management to address shrink problems with action plans.
- Administer store audits and training programs on shrink and Asset Protection.
- Ensure compliance with Asset Protection and operational procedures.
- Investigate discrepancies, dishonesty, fraud, or criminal acts according to procedures.
- Utilize exception-based reporting systems for case cultivation.
- Develop investigative cases for potential criminal prosecution in collaboration with relevant parties.
- Ensure operational status and maintenance of Asset Protection systems, including CCTV and alarms.
- Cultivate relationships with retailers, industry groups, police departments, and security teams.
- Demonstrate Sephora values such as Passion for Client Service and Teamwork.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in asset protection within multi-unit retail environments.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Experience handling sensitive Asset Protection issues ethically.
- Knowledge of criminal and civil law in retail.
- Experience in emergency and crisis situations.
- Ability to develop clear plans, policies, or procedures.
- Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time, including overnight travel.
- Analytical skills and proficiency with computer technology, including Asset Protection applications.
- Strong interviewing skills, including Wicklander-Zulawski certification.
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
A minimum of 3 years in asset protection within multi-unit retail environments is required.
The annual base salary range for this position is $96,390.00 - $107,730.00, with potential bonuses.
