1. Manage stock transfers between warehouses in France and the US, ensuring timely and accurate order entry and shipment tracking.
2. Validate customer orders in SAP for Sephora US, Sephora Canada, and Kohls, ensuring proper transmission to the 3PL provider.
3. Monitor and analyze discrepancies between delivered and invoiced quantities, ensuring alignment with customer priorities.
4. Lead weekly meetings with customers to discuss fill rates, on-time and in-full preparation, restocking dates, and potential tensions.
5. Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to distribution and customer service performance, preparing regular reports for the team in France.

1. Five-year higher education degree from a business or engineering school.
2. 1-2 years of initial experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Distribution.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and Power BI.
3. Advanced Excel skills.

1-2 years of initial experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Distribution, following a work-study program or internship.

Five-year higher education degree from a business or engineering school.
