Sephora Distribution Center Specialist

1. Perform operational office and clerical duties including wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, paperwork management, and generating departmental reports.
2. Ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures to maintain integrity of work and production output.
3. Train floor associates in departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
4. Respond proactively to direction from leadership team, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
5. Comply with safety rules and regulations, including OSHA standards, and report safety violations.
6. Adhere to Company Loss Prevention policies and maintain proper work attire.
7. Maintain regular and acceptable attendance and a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.
8. Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service in line with company standards.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.

1. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or menu-driven applications, with the ability to learn new systems.
2. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Basic math skills.
4. Effective problem-solving abilities.

7. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay ranges from $18.50 to $19.80 per hour. Certain work schedules may be eligible for shift differential pay.
