Sephora Distribution Center Specialist

1. Perform operational office and clerical duties including wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, and paperwork management.
2. Generate departmental reports and maintain a thorough knowledge of departmental operations.
3. Adhere to established standard operating procedures to ensure work integrity and production output.
4. Train floor associates in departmental methods and procedures.
5. Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management staff.
6. Comply with safety rules and regulations, reporting any violations to supervisory personnel.
7. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime as needed.
8. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent.

1. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems or menu-driven applications.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Basic math skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and detail-oriented.
5. Strong communication skills with associates and vendors.
6. Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
7. Proactive and able to give and receive feedback effectively.
8. Teamwork-oriented with a positive demeanor.

Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $18.50 - $19.80 per hour, with potential eligibility for shift differential pay based on work schedules.
