Sephora Distribution Center Specialist I

- Execute wave planning, delivery scheduling and order tracking using the assigned Warehouse Management System (WMS); generate and maintain departmental reports and documentation.
- Perform auditing and paperwork management to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory, shipments and recordkeeping.
- Train and coach floor associates on departmental preferred methods, standard operating procedures and system usage.
- Adhere to and enforce company SOPs, Loss Prevention policies, OSHA and site safety regulations; report safety issues and potential violations.
- Respond proactively to direction from shift coordinators and management; provide high‑quality internal and external customer service.
- Maintain flexible attendance and shift coverage, including overtime as required by operational needs.
- Perform occasional physical warehouse tasks — standing, walking, squatting and lifting loads up to 50 lbs — in varying office and warehouse temperature conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
- Practical experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or demonstrated ability to learn menu‑driven applications quickly.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook; ability to prepare professional correspondence and departmental reports.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; able to interact tactfully with associates and vendors at multiple levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities and accept feedback constructively.
- Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule and work designated shifts, including overtime and potential shift differentials.
