1. Perform operational office and clerical duties including wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, and paperwork management.
2. Generate departmental reports and maintain thorough knowledge of departmental operations.
3. Adhere to established standard operating procedures to ensure work integrity and production output.
4. Train floor associates in preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
5. Respond proactively to direction from leadership, including Shift Coordinators and management.
6. Comply with safety rules, policies, and regulations to ensure safe working practices.
7. Maintain regular attendance and a flexible work schedule, including designated shifts and overtime.
8. Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.

1. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems or menu-driven applications.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Basic math skills.
4. Effective problem-solving abilities.
5. Strong communication skills with associates and vendors.
6. Excellent customer service skills.
7. Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change.
8. Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
9. Ability to prepare professional-level correspondence.

Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $21.50 - $22.00 per hour. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.
