1. Oversee Sephora Canada's strategic planning process, aligning long-term growth with corporate objectives.
2. Lead project management, prioritizing corporate projects and overseeing performance management and KPI monitoring.
3. Identify and drive new business opportunities to enhance customer experience and ensure growth and profitability.
4. Develop executive reports and presentations for business reviews with stakeholders across various regions.
5. Implement continuous process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency.
6. Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
7. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.

1. Undergraduate degree in business; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
2. 7-10 years of experience in corporate strategy, project management, or consulting roles, with retail experience preferred.

3. In-depth knowledge of the prestige beauty and retail industry.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all levels.

Proven experience in corporate strategy, project management, or consulting roles, preferably within the retail sector.

Undergraduate degree in business; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Compensation ranges between CAD$158,000 – CAD$185,800 plus bonus and RRSP matching.
