- Oversee Sephora Canada's strategic planning process, aligning long-term growth with corporate objectives.
- Lead project management, prioritizing corporate projects and overseeing performance management and KPI monitoring.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities to enhance customer experience and ensure growth and profitability.
- Develop executive reports and presentations for business reviews with stakeholders across various regions.

- Undergraduate degree in business; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in corporate strategy, project management, or consulting roles, with retail experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- In-depth knowledge of the prestige beauty and retail industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all levels.
Proven experience in corporate strategy, project management, or consulting roles, preferably within the retail sector.
Undergraduate degree in business; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
