Sephora Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

1. Lead the regional Financial Planning & Analysis function, driving financial performance and providing insights for strategic decision-making.
2. Oversee the development and execution of financial planning cycles, including annual budgets, long-range plans, and forecasts.
3. Collaborate with regional functions and local teams to align financial targets with business objectives.
4. Identify financial risks and opportunities, developing strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
5. Act as a financial advisor to senior leaders, providing analysis and strategic recommendations.
6. Manage finance business partnering, ensuring financial discipline and alignment with strategic objectives.
7. Develop cost control strategies and monitor expenses to ensure efficient resource allocation.
8. Oversee regional treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
9. Establish and maintain financial reporting frameworks, ensuring timely delivery of reports and analyses.
10. Continuously improve FP&A processes, systems, and tools for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
11. Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, ensuring performance and career advancement.

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years in a managerial or leadership role in finance.
3. Proven track record in financial strategy, planning, and analysis.
4. Experience in omni-channel retail, e-commerce, and franchise business models is advantageous.

2. Strong leadership skills with experience in team development.
3. Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Excel, SAP, Oracle.
4. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Ability to adapt to changing financial environments and regulations.

Minimum of 10 years in a managerial or leadership position, managing teams in FP&A, finance business partnering, cost controlling, and treasury.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
