Sephora Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

- Lead the regional Financial Planning & Analysis function, driving financial performance and providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the development and execution of financial planning cycles, including annual budgets, long-range plans, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with regional functions and local teams to align financial targets with business objectives.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, developing strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Act as a financial advisor to senior leaders, providing analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Manage finance business partnering, ensuring financial discipline and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop cost control strategies and monitor expenses to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Oversee regional treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
- Establish and maintain financial reporting frameworks, ensuring timely delivery of reports and analyses.
- Continuously improve FP&A processes, systems, and tools for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, ensuring performance and career advancement.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years in a managerial or leadership role in finance.
- Proven track record in financial strategy, planning, and analysis.
- Experience in omni-channel retail, e-commerce, and franchise business models is advantageous.
- Exceptional analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Excel, SAP, Oracle.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing financial environments and regulations.
Minimum of 10 years in a managerial or leadership position, managing teams in FP&A, finance business partnering, cost controlling, and treasury.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
