Sephora Director of Engineering, SAP S/4HANA Platform & Operations

1. Lead the architecture and operations of the SAP S/4HANA platform, including HANA database, SAP Basis, and cloud/on-prem infrastructure.
2. Ensure ERP system uptime and performance, particularly during critical business periods, through proactive monitoring and capacity planning.
3. Oversee infrastructure readiness for SAP cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases, including leadership during critical events.
4. Provide leadership for L2/L3 application support and establish incident, problem, and change management processes.
5. Drive infrastructure and platform decisions aligned with SAP best practices, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
6. Ensure reliable infrastructure for ERP integrations across various systems in partnership with network and security teams.
7. Manage the transition from system integrator-led support to steady-state operations, including knowledge transfer.

1. 12+ years of experience in ERP infrastructure or SAP S/4HANA platform operations.
2. 7+ years of leadership experience at the Director level or above.
3. Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering or related field.

1. Deep hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA infrastructure and SAP Basis.
2. Proven track record in leading ERP cutovers and enterprise go-lives.
3. Strong background in incident, problem, and change management.
4. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate with executive leadership.

12+ years in ERP infrastructure or SAP S/4HANA platform operations, with significant leadership experience.

Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering or related field.

The annual base salary range is $236,000.00 - $249,000.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
