- Lead and mentor a team of 17, focusing on talent development and retention.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in email and direct mail marketing.
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on channel marketing and revenue generation.
- Proven track record in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for data-driven decision-making and client experience optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in mobile marketing platforms and technologies (e.g., Braze, Movable Ink).
- Experience in driving operational efficiencies and ensuring flawless campaign execution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
A minimum of 10 years in digital marketing, specifically in channel marketing and revenue generation, ideally within retail or e-commerce.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
The target annual salary for this position is $179,520.00 - $200,640.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
