- Analyze digital performance across Sephora.com, mobile web, and app to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting for executive-level insights.
- Translate business questions into structured analyses to inform digital merchandising, content strategy, and marketing initiatives.
- Support key digital initiatives such as new feature launches and site optimization.
- Partner with Product teams to define tracking requirements and ensure accurate measurement across digital platforms.
- Provide analytics guidance and data-backed insights to cross-functional partners.
- Conduct deep-dive and ad hoc analyses to diagnose performance issues and uncover growth opportunities.
- Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Business Analytics.
- Strong experience with website analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills for complex queries and data integration.
- Proficiency with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulas.
- Excellent communication skills for translating data into recommendations.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
A minimum of 2 years in analytics, business intelligence, or digital analytics, preferably within retail, CPG, or beauty sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Business Analytics.
The annual base salary range is $94,000.00 - $117,000.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
