1. Analyze digital performance across Sephora.com, mobile web, and app to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
2. Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting for executive-level insights.
3. Translate business questions into structured analyses to inform digital merchandising, content strategy, and marketing initiatives.
4. Support key digital initiatives such as new feature launches and site optimization.
5. Partner with Product teams to define tracking requirements and ensure accurate measurement across digital platforms.
6. Provide analytics guidance and data-backed insights to cross-functional partners.
7. Conduct deep-dive and ad hoc analyses to diagnose performance issues and uncover growth opportunities.
8. Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Business Analytics.

1. Strong experience with website analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.
2. Advanced SQL skills for complex queries and data integration.
3. Proficiency with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
4. Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulas.
5. Excellent communication skills for translating data into recommendations.
6. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

A minimum of 2 years in analytics, business intelligence, or digital analytics, preferably within retail, CPG, or beauty sectors.

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Business Analytics.

The annual base salary range is $94,000.00 - $117,000.00, with eligibility for bonuses.
