Sephora Desktop Support Analyst

- Provide customer-facing end-user support, including installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Perform break-fix, desk-side support, and desktop/laptop refreshes.
- Manage incident queue and ensure tickets are resolved within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide technical assistance for Zebra label printers, RF 9000 series barcode scanning, and WT41N0 barcode scanning devices.
- Onboard and offboard users, including hardware collection and permission management.
- Support the enterprise desktop environment and assist with local distribution center infrastructure hardware issues.
- Technical IT training and industry standard certifications such as A+, Network+, Security+, or CCNA.
- Experience in technical support and customer service (3+ years).
- Experience with enterprise-wide OS/application refresh projects (3+ years).
- Experience supporting standard enterprise applications and Active Directory (3+ years).
- Strong communication skills and exceptional customer service orientation.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in Windows 10 and later, including file systems and security.
- Experience with PowerShell and environmental scripting.
3+ years of experience in technical support, customer service, and supporting enterprise applications.
AA or BS in Information Technology or related field.
Annual base salary range of $76,000.00 - $85,000.00, with potential bonuses.
