Sephora Department Manager - Skin and Hair Care

- Provide active support and guidance to team members in the Skin, Hair Care, Makeup, and Fragrance departments.
- Lead, coach, and develop the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Act as a role model by embodying the Sephora Attitude and instilling the Sephora DNA.
- Communicate sales targets clearly and motivate the team to achieve them.
- Manage merchandise from receipt to storage, including handling write-offs, returns, and testers.
- Collaborate on visual merchandising, brand updates, and in-store animations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Experience in retail and team leadership, ideally in a premium or service-oriented environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in skin and hair care.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
- Fluency in English and the native language of the country.
