1. Provide active support and guidance to team members in the Makeup department, including Skin Care, Hair Care, and Fragrance.
2. Lead, coach, and develop the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
3. Act as a role model in embodying the Sephora Attitude and imparting the Sephora DNA.
4. Communicate sales targets clearly and motivate the team to achieve them.
5. Oversee merchandise management, including receipt, storage, write-offs, returns, and tester management.
6. Collaborate on Visual Merchandising, brand updates, and in-store animations.
7. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

1. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in makeup.
2. Experience in retail and team leadership, preferably in a premium or service-oriented environment.

1. Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations.
2. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
3. Fluency in English or the native language of the country.
