1. Provide active support and guidance to team members within the Hair Care department.
2. Lead, coach, and develop the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
3. Act as a role model in embodying the Sephora Attitude and convey the Sephora DNA.
4. Communicate sales targets clearly and motivate the team to achieve them.
5. Manage merchandise from receipt to storage, including write-offs, returns, and tester management.
6. Collaborate on visual merchandising, brand updates, and in-store animations.
7. Ensure the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.

1. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in hair care.
2. Experience in retail and team leadership, ideally in a premium or service-oriented environment.

1. Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations.
2. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
3. Fluency in English or the native language of the country.
