1. Provide active support and guidance to team members in the Make Up, Skin Care & Hair Care, and Fragrance departments.
2. Impart knowledge about products, trends, and beauty news.
3. Lead, coach, and develop the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
4. Act as a role model in embodying the Sephora Attitude and transmitting the Sephora DNA.
5. Clearly communicate targets and motivate the team to achieve them.
6. Manage merchandise from receipt to proper storage, including write-offs, returns, and tester management.
7. Collaborate on visual merchandising, brand updates, and in-store animations.
8. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

1. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail and team leadership, ideally in a premium or service-oriented environment.

1. Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations.
2. Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
3. Fluency in English or the native language of the country.
