1. Provide day-to-day supervisory oversight of store operations.
2. Collaborate with fellow supervisors, the Assistant Store Manager, and the Store Manager.
3. Achieve store KPIs and deliver an exceptional client experience.
4. Manage team performance through regular coaching and feedback.
5. Promote a high level of customer service and recommend suitable products.
6. Serve as an escalation point for clients and team matters, making operational decisions during core hours.
7. Conduct team briefings and support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving store targets.
8. Work on a rostered basis, including weekends, early starts, and late finishes.

1. Previous management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail sales environment.
2. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
3. Ability to influence team members at all levels by leading by example.
4. History of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
5. Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
