1. Support the end-to-end demand planning and replenishment process.
2. Generate and distribute weekly operational reports on delivery, availability, and performance.
3. Follow up on deliveries with suppliers and stores, updating internal systems accordingly.
4. Investigate low availability and poor fulfilment under managerial guidance and contribute to action plans.
5. Collaborate with Category Management, Operations, and Stores to resolve issues efficiently.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date product catalogues in coordination with Category Management Assistants.
7. Communicate relevant updates effectively to Operations, Stores, and other stakeholders.

1. Early career stage in Supply Chain or related field.
2. Organized and analytical with a proactive mindset.

1. Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
2. High computer literacy, particularly in Excel.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
5. Proactive and self-motivated with problem-solving abilities.

Beginner level experience in Supply Chain or Retail.
