1. Review and adjust monthly forecasts, evaluating the impacts of unexpected events.
2. Ensure global forecasts align with market trends and seasonality.
3. Analyze forecast accuracy and prepare scenarios to optimize or address issues.
4. Conduct monthly meetings with suppliers and merchandising teams to define and adjust brand strategies.
5. Develop strategies for end-of-brand, collections, and overstock management.
6. Adjust future forecasts in planning tools based on demand predictions.
7. Address forecast alerts and supply chain disruptions in planning tools.
8. Analyze the impact of promotions on forecasts and ensure necessary sales registration and increase for upcoming events.
9. Validate sales and stock requirements for commercial operations.
10. Issue weekly purchase orders based on stock needs and coverage.
11. Prepare and participate in monthly sales review meetings with the merchandising team.
12. Provide sellout forecasts to suppliers and brands in monthly meetings.
13. Support store teams and suppliers with supply information for stores and online platforms.

1. Experience in planning and supply chain management, with knowledge of supply and purchasing concepts and commercial KPIs such as turnover, coverage, stock, safety stock, fill rate, and disruption.
2. Retail experience is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
