1. Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models for personalized recommendations and NLP tasks.
2. Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning and A/B testing.
3. Implement MLOps pipelines for automated model training and deployment.
4. Work with large-scale datasets using tools like PySpark and NVTabular.
5. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure scalable ML solutions on cloud platforms.
6. Partner with cross-functional teams to productionize ML models and drive business impact.
7. Develop explainable AI solutions to enhance model transparency.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
2. 3+ years of experience in ML engineering or data science.
3. Expertise in NLP and recommendation systems.
4. Research or publication experience is a plus.

1. Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
2. Experience with MLOps tools like Kubeflow and MLflow.
3. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AliCloud and GCP.
4. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.

3+ years in machine learning engineering or data science, with a proven track record of deploying revenue-generating models.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
