1. Develop and execute Sephora China's data and AI strategy to support business objectives.
2. Lead the data team in exploring and implementing data and AI use-cases across various departments.
3. Define and manage the data and AI roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that align with Sephora's global strategy.
4. Oversee the technical vision and architecture of the big data platform, ensuring data security and compliance.
5. Deliver actionable insights through data analysis and develop visual analytics to inform decision-making.
6. Foster a data-driven culture through education and cross-functional collaboration.
7. Build and manage a multidisciplinary Data and AI team, promoting innovation and continuous learning.
8. Collaborate with global teams to co-develop scalable data solutions and share AI algorithms.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields; advanced degree preferred.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in data, analytics, or AI leadership roles, with 3 years in people management.
3. Proven experience in driving business transformation through data and AI.
4. Experience partnering with C-level executives to define and operationalize a data-driven vision.
5. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to link AI initiatives to KPIs.
