- Analyze monthly sales forecasts and collaborate with local Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment and challenge assumptions when necessary.
- Share and synthesize key sales forecast insights with Central Offer and Supply Planning teams.
- Manage weekly and monthly performance indicators, updating dashboards and analyzing data to implement action plans.
- Coordinate Supply and Demand planning teams to ensure performance indicators are met and action plans are executed.
- Oversee the end-of-life product cycle, managing stock, financial impacts, and communication with European Supply teams.
- Lead stock clearance processes, coordinating with Offer, Negotiation, Finance, Logistics, and local Supply teams.
- Ensure operational excellence and adherence to deadlines through effective coordination among stakeholders.
- Develop retro-planning and product recommendation lists, consolidating offer and negotiation elements.
- Create and track returns from countries to suppliers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects, focusing on time savings, simplification, automation, and efficiency.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in Supply Chain.
- Proficiency in English and Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP and PowerBi is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Autonomy, adaptability, and proactivity.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to influence and work effectively in a team environment.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Supply Chain.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
