1. Supervise all sales floor areas within a designated Sephora store, including beauty, skincare, fragrance, and hair care departments.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora's sales model and deliver exceptional customer service to meet and exceed company objectives.
3. Respond promptly to customer feedback and ensure team members are trained in customer interaction technologies.
4. Support in-store event organization to achieve set objectives and meet customer needs.
5. Monitor performance management needs within the assigned store area and provide necessary coaching.
6. Deliver timely feedback for team improvement and conduct regular updates with direct reports.
7. Demonstrate a strong understanding of store revenue and business opportunities.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable sales volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels with clarity and conciseness.
3. Proven ability to build teams by attracting and selecting talented store leaders capable of training and developing team members to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
