1. Operational management of the commercial CRM animation plan, including email, SMS, and app push notifications.
2. Construction and management of the CRM plan and retro-planning.
3. Information gathering from various departments and drafting of briefs.
4. Creative coordination with agencies and internal/external stakeholders.
5. Targeting and validation of BAT (Bon à Tirer).
6. Weekly KPI tracking and presentation, and monthly reporting consolidation.
7. Organization of co-branded events for top clients, including communication management and logistics.
8. Coordination of gifting operations with suppliers and the supply chain.
9. Conducting competitive analysis and reporting.

1. Enrollment in a Business or Communication School, or equivalent (Bac +4/5).
