Sephora CRM Project Assistant Intern

- Manage the operational execution of the CRM animation plan for France, including email, SMS, push notifications, and mailings.
- Construct the CRM plan and manage the timeline.
- Collect information and draft briefs.
- Coordinate creative exchanges with agencies.
- Ensure internal and external coordination (legal, offer, logistics, Europe, agencies, routers).
- Target and validate proofs (BAT).
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, including weekly CRM and traffic reports, performance slides, and CRM operation analyses.
- Support transversal CRM projects, including visibility and functionality of the loyalty program.
- Oversee and monitor offers and benefits of the loyalty program.
- Manage and monitor automatic communications (recurring/triggers).
- Track and manage loyalty gifts (stock/availability).
- Coordinate geolocated CRM communications and the communication plan for the Sephora Champs-Elysées store.
- Enrollment in a Business or Communication School or equivalent, Bac +4/5
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and dynamism.
- Proactive and curious nature.
- Strong writing and creative skills.
- Aptitude for data analysis.
Beginner level experience is sufficient.
