1. Support the CRM team with daily operational tasks.
2. Prepare and validate briefs for communication materials with the Design team.
3. Assist in the development of ad-hoc reports related to CRM activities.
4. Develop and validate promotional mechanics for email marketing and push notifications.
5. Monitor and update the monthly action calendar for brand and product launches, institutional campaigns, and other initiatives.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to validate visibility information.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.

1. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Knowledge of Digital Marketing.
3. Basic understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred).

Beginner level experience in a related field is required.
