- Support the CRM team with daily operational tasks.
- Draft and validate communication briefs with the Design team.
- Assist in developing reports related to CRM actions.
- Design and validate promotional mechanics for channels such as email marketing and push notifications.
- Monitor and update the monthly action calendar for brand and product launches.
- Coordinate with internal teams to validate visibility information.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred).
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Analytical thinking.
Beginner level experience in CRM or related fields.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
