- Support countries in enhancing CRM performance and customer value.
- Monitor key CRM KPIs to identify local issues and propose action plans.
- Contribute to the development of Sephora's CRM strategies, focusing on omnichannel engagement, recruitment, retention, and customer value enhancement.
- Implement CRM campaigns as per Sephora's animation plan using Adobe Campaign.
- Set up and execute CRM campaigns, including target creation, routing, and deliverability monitoring.
- Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations.
- Produce comprehensive reports on campaign performance, utilizing KPIs such as response metrics, conversion rates, and profitability.
- Collaborate with other CRM Campaign Experts to share best practices and consolidate results at a European level.
- Act as the primary contact for assigned countries or projects within the CRM team.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in campaign management, preferably in the retail sector.
- Proficiency in Adobe Campaign V8, particularly in targeting and routing.
- Strong analytical skills and marketing acumen.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of HTML coding is advantageous.
- Familiarity with BI or data mining tools is a plus.
