- Support countries in enhancing CRM performance and customer value.
- Monitor key CRM KPIs to identify local issues and propose action plans.
- Contribute to the development of Sephora's CRM strategies, focusing on omnichannel engagement, recruitment, retention, and customer value enhancement.
- Implement CRM campaigns as per Sephora's animation plan using Adobe Campaign.
- Set up and manage CRM campaigns, including target creation and routing.
- Integrate HTMLs, SMS/PUSH texts, and manage proof sendings.
- Execute and monitor campaign delivery and deliverability.
- Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Produce comprehensive campaign reports and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with other CRM Campaign Experts to share best practices and consolidate results at a European level.
- Act as the primary contact for countries on CRM projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Digital fields.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in campaign management, including internships, preferably in the retail sector.
- Proficiency in Adobe Campaign, particularly in targeting and routing.
- Knowledge of HTML coding is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent marketing acumen and customer relationship management.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
- Familiarity with data mining tools is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in campaign management on large databases, ideally within the retail sector.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Digital fields.
