Sephora CRM and Business Analysis Manager

- Design and implement an effective omnichannel commercial animation plan to maximize customer activation and value.
- Develop targeted, attractive, and profitable offers.
- Create a relevant multi-channel contact plan (SMS, email, Push, and print) to manage commercial pressure and budget.
- Monitor and drive the performance of CRM offers and campaigns, as well as customer base indicators.
- Design and execute test & learn plans and tailored action plans.
- Manage and lead the loyalty program to ensure profitability and customer engagement.
- Contribute to operational excellence and customer satisfaction in-store, online, and via the app.
- Collaborate with European teams to implement central guidelines and share best practices from the French market.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders (e-store, legal, finance, product, supply) and external partners (creative agency, integration, routing).
- Ensure the successful execution of CRM campaigns by the team within timelines and budget to deliver an optimal customer experience.
- Lead and develop a motivated team of four individuals.
- Superior education (Master's degree, ideally from a Business School or equivalent university).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in CRM within the retail and digital sectors.
- Customer and business acumen.
- Excellent analytical skills, rigor, and organization.
- Project management and teamwork affinity.
- Collaborative leadership with a knack for challenges and team engagement.
