1. Manage the annual skills development plan for a designated group within the headquarters.
2. Serve as a key reference point and ensure top-tier communication on all learning and development topics.
3. Collaborate with functional managers and HR stakeholders to set development priorities.
4. Co-develop and oversee the associated budget.
5. Monitor the collection and analysis of individual and collective learning needs.
6. Develop a comprehensive learning calendar, including scheduling and participant coordination.
7. Track and report on common learning KPIs regularly.
8. Lead the EME Learning & Development Project Portfolio, establishing and managing regional taskforces.
9. Select external providers and manage related budgets.
10. Oversee and coordinate pedagogical design and delivery.
11. Lead communication efforts for project launches and deliver all learning and communication materials.
12. Support initiatives driving digital acceleration.
13. Stay informed of relevant learning and development trends and innovations.
14. Contribute actively to the sharing and dissemination of best practices across the EME region.

1. At least 6 years of experience in HR roles, project management, or learning and development.

1. Strong relationship-building skills and experience engaging L&D communities.
2. High learning agility and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
3. Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences.
4. Interest in managing HR development and learning projects.
5. Collaborative, team-oriented approach.
6. Fluency in English and French.

Minimum 5 years in relevant HR roles, with a focus on learning and development or project management.
