Sephora Corporate Learning & Development Manager

- Manage the annual skills development plan for a designated group within the headquarters.
- Serve as a key reference point and ensure top-tier communication on all learning and development topics.
- Collaborate with functional managers and HR stakeholders to set development priorities.
- Co-develop and oversee the associated budget.
- Monitor the collection and analysis of individual and collective learning needs.
- Develop a comprehensive learning calendar, including scheduling and participant coordination.
- Track and report on common learning KPIs regularly.
- Lead the EME Learning & Development Project Portfolio, establishing and managing regional taskforces.
- Select external providers and manage related budgets.
- Oversee and coordinate pedagogical design and delivery.
- Lead communication efforts for project launches and deliver all learning and communication materials.
- Support initiatives driving digital acceleration.
- Stay informed of relevant learning and development trends and innovations.
- Contribute actively to the sharing and dissemination of best practices across the EME region.
- At least 6 years of experience in HR roles, project management, or learning and development.
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience engaging L&D communities.
- High learning agility and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences.
- Interest in managing HR development and learning projects.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English and French.
Minimum 5 years in relevant HR roles, with a focus on learning and development or project management.
