1. Manage and lead a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Proven track record in retail or cosmetics industry.
3. Proficiency in sales KPIs and results-oriented.
4. High level of English and/or other languages is advantageous.
