1. Manage and lead a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Oversee daily operations of the corner, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
3. Implement and monitor retail strategies to drive growth and expansion.
4. Coordinate with brand partners to optimize product displays and promotions.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Proven track record in retail or cosmetics industry.
3. Proficiency in sales KPIs and results-oriented.
4. High level of English and/or other languages is advantageous.
