Sephora Corner Manager

- Oversee the daily operations of the corner at ECI Nervion, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of empowerment and continuous improvement.
- Manage sales KPIs, driving the team towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Implement strategic retail initiatives to enhance customer engagement and brand presence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and brand standards.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
- Proven track record in retail or cosmetics industry.
- Proficiency in managing sales KPIs and a strong results-oriented mindset.
