1. Oversee the daily operations of the corner at ECI Nervion, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
2. Lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of empowerment and continuous improvement.
3. Manage sales KPIs, driving the team towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Implement strategic retail initiatives to enhance customer engagement and brand presence.
5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and brand standards.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Proven track record in retail or cosmetics industry.
3. Proficiency in managing sales KPIs and a strong results-oriented mindset.
