1. Manage, develop, and coach the team, including conducting career and employee appraisals.
2. Act as a role model in embodying the Sephora Attitude and transmitting the Sephora DNA.
3. Assume full responsibility for achieving monthly and annual sales targets, including year-on-year sales growth.
4. Analyze retail figures and derive sales activities to continuously enhance store performance.
5. Ensure flawless visual merchandising standards, including timely implementation of updates and animations.
6. Provide excellent Sephora customer service and ensure the team is customer-focused.
7. Oversee goods management, from receipt to proper storage, write-offs, returns, and tester management.

1. Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
2. At least 3-4 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector.
3. Previous management and team leadership experience with an empathetic management style.

1. Analytical and commercial working methods.
2. Strong hands-on mentality and presence on the floor.
3. Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel.
4. Good knowledge of English and the native language of the country.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, with a preference for experience in the beauty sector and previous management roles.

Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
