1. Manage and lead the corner team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation.
3. Drive retail projects with a focus on expansion and growth.
4. Foster a dynamic and enjoyable work environment.
5. Participate in professional development and onboarding programs.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in team management.
2. Proven track record in retail or cosmetics sector.
3. Proficiency in managing sales KPIs and results-oriented.
4. High level of English proficiency and/or other languages is desirable.

At least 1 year of experience in managing teams within the retail or cosmetics industry.
