1. Manage, develop, and coach the team, including conducting career and employee appraisals.
2. Act as a role model in embodying the Sephora Attitude and transmitting the Sephora DNA.
3. Assume full responsibility for achieving monthly and annual sales targets, including year-on-year sales growth.
4. Analyze retail figures and derive sales activities to enhance store performance.
5. Ensure impeccable visual merchandising standards, including timely implementation of updates and animations.
6. Guarantee excellent customer service and maintain a team focus on the customer.
7. Oversee complete goods management, from receipt to proper storage, write-offs, returns, and tester management.

1. Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.

1. At least 3-4 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector.
2. Previous management and team leadership experience with an empathetic management style.
3. Enjoyment in dealing with customers and developing employees.
4. Analytical and commercial working methods.
5. Strong hands-on mentality and presence on the floor.
6. Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel is an advantage.
7. Good knowledge of English and the native language of the country.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, preferably within the beauty sector, with prior management and team leadership experience.

Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.

A salary adapted to the market with a monthly bonus based on sales targets.
