Sephora Coordinator, Inbound Transportation & Customs Operations

- Support Importer of Record inquiries from customs brokers and import couriers.
- Review and validate import documentation to ensure compliance with CBSA and other regulatory requirements.
- Act as a liaison between customs brokers, carriers, internal business partners, and external vendors.
- Review commercial invoices for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and correct missing or inaccurate customs data, including HS classification and country of origin.
- Audit post-entry data to ensure accuracy and report findings to leadership.
- Manage vendor documentation and track inbound shipments using the Transportation Management System (TMS).
- Monitor shipment activity and coordinate timely resolution of potential delays.
- Maintain accurate import and transportation records using SharePoint.
- Audit freight and broker invoices and support payment processing through Coupa.
- Stay current on CBSA regulations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- 2+ years of experience in customs, inbound transportation, or global trade.
- Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation.
- Strong knowledge of CBSA requirements, including CARM and HS classification.
- Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and broker portals.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and risk awareness.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customs, inbound transportation, or global trade is required.
Formal education in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Global Trade is an asset.
