1. Lead the execution of store construction, renovation, and enhancement projects, ensuring adherence to brand image and guidelines.
2. Manage project scope, budget, and timelines for store openings, remodelings, and closures.
3. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and suppliers throughout the construction process.
4. Oversee technical due diligence, design drafts, and compliance with local regulations.
5. Advise on preliminary construction costs and validate budgets in coordination with the finance department.
6. Develop construction schedules and manage project milestones and deliverables.
7. Supervise the handover of completed projects to Retail/Operations and validate the functionality of technical installations.
8. Oversee and train the construction team, ensuring alignment with global strategy.
9. Conduct regular meetings with internal departments and present project updates to senior management.

1. Advanced proficiency in English; Portuguese and French are advantageous.
2. Availability to travel; valid driver's license.

Minimum of 5 years in construction management or a related field.
