1. Welcome customers, provide tailored advice and product demonstrations to build trust and loyalty.
2. Drive sales through personalised recommendations, cross‑selling and upselling of Sephora products and services.
3. Deliver memorable in‑store experiences that reflect the brand’s standard of customer care and create moments of delight.
4. Support visual merchandising, in‑store activations and promotional events to maximise commercial performance.
5. Participate in the alternance training curriculum, apply learnings on the sales floor and collaborate with colleagues to meet store objectives.

1. Baccalauréat (high‑school diploma), ideally with a specialisation in sales or aesthetics.
2. Candidate must be preparing a Bac+2 (e.g., BTS or equivalent) via alternance.
3. Strong customer‑service orientation and a genuine interest in beauty and cosmetics.
4. Team player mindset, resilience and a willingness to learn in a fast‑paced retail environment.
