1. Organize, improve, and manage overall accounting processes, including preparation, examination, and analysis of accounting records and financial statements.
2. Oversee day-to-day finance and accounts operations.
3. Verify accounting data in compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures.
4. Book documents in SAP per cost centers.
5. Conduct month-end reconciliations, including revenue, stocks, debtors, creditors, and banks.
6. Prepare monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
7. Plan cash flow and prepare and file annual and monthly financial reports as required by legislation or company management.
8. Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting systems and policies.
9. Interact with the France-based headquarters.
10. Provide ad hoc support to all departments within the company.

1. University degree in Economics and Finance
2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
3. Experience in the retail industry
4. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting, with IFRS knowledge as an advantage
5. Very good knowledge of fiscal law and Romanian and European legislation

1. Excellent communication skills in English
2. Proficiency in Excel
3. Good knowledge of accounting software, preferably SAP
4. Strong analytical skills
5. Attention to detail ensuring a high level of accuracy

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the retail industry.

University degree in Economics and Finance
