Sephora Category/Product Analyst

1. Define the assortment for the Makeup category.
2. Manage product launches with a focus on creating forecasts and strategic bets.
3. Identify improvements for the website and app.
4. Develop and monitor key retail online KPIs, category performance, and brand and product performance by channel.
5. Prepare sales analysis reports, including margin and share analysis.
6. Construct strategic actions focused on the App.
7. Continuously interface with trade, media, and channel teams to develop the e-commerce commercial calendar and identify new opportunities.
8. Collaborate with the commercial planning team to provide insights on key moments and focus products each month to enhance company results.
9. Monitor category performance against competitors.
10. Curate product lists and oversee the creation and updating of Product Detail Pages (PDPs).
11. Track the performance of new products.

1. Bachelor's degree
2. Intermediate English proficiency
3. Experience in retail, beauty, and consumer goods
4. Advanced Excel skills
5. Experience in constructing and analyzing basic KPIs
6. E-commerce retail experience is a plus
