Sephora Category Manager

- Develop and implement brand acceleration strategies for the assigned portfolio to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends to define Sephora's priorities and create differentiation.
- Manage and co-develop mini formats for skincare and haircare brands, ensuring sales maximization and stock management.
- Optimize product assortments and monitor monthly budgets for all brands within the portfolio.
- Provide distribution recommendations to enhance productivity and track changes.
- Participate in pricing and discount strategies in coordination with Revenue Growth Management.
- Manage regional forecasts for new products and construct 360° omnichannel activation toolboxes for seasonal campaigns.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects to enhance brand visibility and performance.
- Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, BPM, and legal teams to safeguard category interests.
- Supervise the team intern.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, retail marketing, or digital marketing.
- University degree in business or related field.
- International profile with fluency in English.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proactive and action-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Passion, initiative, and curiosity.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or related fields.
University degree in business or related field.
